Corporate Strategy Senior Analyst

The PTC Corporate Strategy team is looking for an ambitious strategy analyst to join our team in a high visibility and high impact role. We are at the heart of PTC’s strategy and you will play a critical role in achieving the next wave of growth by helping design the strategies, plans, and tactics to maximize our competitive advantage.

An exceptional candidate will be able lead and contribute to important corporate projects and initiatives for the team by executing complex problem solving through analysis and synthesis of both quantitative and qualitative data. You will not only enjoy doing detailed hands-on research, but also take the initiative in structuring your analysis into insightful perspectives tailored to an executive audience. Candidates who excel in the role will be well positioned to accelerate their trajectory and growth at PTC.

This role will report to the Senior Manager of Corporate Strategy and will join a talented team of strategy colleagues responsible for driving the strategy, initiatives, and planning for the company. You will work with a diverse set of executive and senior management stakeholders at the company inclusive of PTC’s product teams (AR, IoT, CAD, PLM, etc.) and Corporate functions (Finance, IT, Corporate Marketing, OCTO, etc.).

Day-To-Day:

• Conduct analysis on markets, customers, technology frameworks, use cases, and more.   Typical types of projects include:
• Industry & Geo Prioritization
• Customer Analysis
• Research on Persona & Buyers
• Market Landscape & Competitor Deep Dive
• Use Case Definition & Prioritization

Preferred Skills and Knowledge:

• Intellectual curiosity and passion for Software and Strategy Consulting

• Highly motivated self-starter able to work in fast-paced team environment
• Ability to structure and execute quantitative and qualitative analysis and translate into insights, recommendations, and innovative strategies
• Strong written and verbal presentation skills, with the ability to prepare and present information and recommendations to a diverse and often senior audience
• Collaborative problem solving and working style to drive change through influence
