Job Title: Facilities Technician
Department: Operations
Reports To: Operations’ Manager
Location: Bloomington, Indiana
FLSA: Hourly - Non-Exempt/ Full time or Part time
POSITION PURPOSE
PTS Corp is seeking a Facilities Technician for our Bloomington, Indiana facility. This position will complete maintenance projects as scheduled as well as ad hoc maintenance tasks.
DUTIES: (include but not limited to)
Essential Functions
- Perform daily cleaning/facilities responsibilities
- Adhere to applicable safety and environmental regulations.
- Maintain clean/orderly worksite
- Properly clean/check operation of power tools.
- Communicate job status to supervisor daily.
Other Duties: As assigned
REQUIREMENTS
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum of a High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required
- Time-management skills, on-the-job training, to include: facility layout
and use of related equipment.
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to see, speak, hear, write, and understand English.
- Sustained attention to detail.
- Ability to read and analyze data and other written information.
WORKING CONDITIONS
- General climate controlled environment.
- Low noise level.
- Meeting schedule deadlines.
- Moderate physical exertion, including, walking, climbing, bending, stooping, reaching, pulling pushing, etc.
- Good hand to eye coordination and ability to lift approximately 30 lbs.

WORKING HOURS: Per shift assignment with additional hours as necessary to meet
production demands.
