Position Summary

The Content Management Lead (CML) is responsible for developing and managing programmatic products and tools for use across contracts and efforts within PS Family Services division. The division serves clients in policy areas such as TANF and Self-Sufficiency, Healthy Marriage and Responsible Fatherhood (HMRF), Developmental Disabilities Services (DDS), and Adolescent Pregnancy Prevention (APP) efforts. Working under the direction of the Vice President of Family Services, the Content Management Lead will ensure the quality, consistency, and relevance of content, and its use across various formats, platforms and audiences. The Lead will provide program leadership across priority areas, creating collaborative communication and content solutions in conjunction with PS program, technology, marketing and communications, and events and logistics teams. This position requires demonstrated leadership, keen organization skills, written and verbal communication skills, an unwavering commitment to excellence, the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget, and a proven ability to collaborate from concept development to project completion.

• Develop effective systems to catalogue, access, adapt and repurpose content for written and multi-media products
• Create programmatic content to support project implementation, including activities such as meetings, conferences, training and technical assistance tools, videos and other multimedia tools
• Collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts to develop, organizing, and produce project deliverables
• Support PS training and presentation opportunities, providing expert facilitation, as needed
• Participate in business development activities projects, as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Education/Training

• Bachelors Degree in social sciences, communications, public policy, not-for-profit, or related fields, required

• Eight years of relevant work experience in product development or communications in areas of human services policy or community development, preferred

• Moderate Domestic Travel
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and analytical skills and ability to effectively translate research into practice for wide dissemination, required
• Proven grant or proposal writing skills, preferred
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including but not limited to Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook; mastery level knowledge and experience, preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
• Personable, a critical thinker, self-motivated, hard-working, detail-oriented and flexible

Essential Physical Requirements

Sufficient mobility and strength to move about the facility. Ability to be mobile throughout the community.
