Job Summary:
In the Mailing Department you will prepare data for jobs using postal software and produce all postal paperwork needed to mail a job including but not limited to deduping, CASS certifying, presorting, correcting addresses, etc.
Salary: $20 - $26 per hour, based on experience
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
· Responsible for verifying the accuracy of all data coming in from clients
· Ability to understand the mailing software
· Read and understand job tickets and understand how the job is supposed to process and mail
· Make sure the correct sample is available before the job is processed
· Verify all the instructions are followed and the right class of mail is used for every job
· Print all pertinent paperwork and tags for a job to go to the floor
· Package jobs after the label approval has been sent out
· Make sure file structures are adhered to the network folders
· Keep up to date on new postal regulations
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Must have experience with BCC Presort Experience
· Knowledge of Postal regulations
· Able to multi-task and follow directions
· Able to work with limited immediate supervision
