Job Description

The function of the Axonify Support Specialist will be to support the Principal Specialist: Retail Field with the strategic monthly planning, change management, reporting and administrative tasks required to deliver upon the Vodacom obligations of the Scope of Work as determined, to manage the Axonify deliverables of Publicis Commerce.

RESPONSIBILITIES

AXONIFY CHANNEL

• Liaise with the Axonify Channel Management Teams to ensure that required information is received or shared.
• Review Reports and Content to ensure spelling, grammar and question structure aligns with execution dynamics.
• Plan, schedule and host monthly feedback meeting with Channel Management Teams regarding Axonify Performance, concerns and opportunities and ensure alignment regarding usage of Axonify.
• Implement processes to ensure that detailed feedback is provided to the Axonify Execution Team for all business elements to ensure efficiencies.
• Support Axonify Execution Team with any specific challenges they may have with the sourcing or approval of information needed for execution of business objectives.
• Provide suggestions on how to improve processes and ways of working to drive efficiencies with the Axonify Execution Team.

COMMUNICATION

• Distribute various reports to Vodacom Regions and Unbranded Channels Teams.
• Ensure accuracy of reports by analysing details, Identify & present key highlights and low lights and escalate details of analysis and possible remedial action or changes to the Principal Specialist: Retail Field
• Assist Axonify Execution Team by identifying needs for specific reports on an ADHOC basis.

STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT

• Ensure all reports are uploaded into a centralised access point on internal systems and monitor access.
• Support Publicis Commerce with sharing of specific reports with the Principal Specialist: Retail Field.
• Meet weekly with the Axonify Execution Team to ensure alignment with Vodacom’s Axonify Business Objectives
• Engage with Vodacom’s product teams and L&D team to determine training requirements for the coming months and alignment with the Axonify Execution Team.
• Support roll-out of any new specialised products, services or propositions projects onto Axonify for the various Axonify Channels – attend weekly meetings, draft a plan for implementation onto Axonify.
• Act as the conduit between Vodacom and Publicis Commerce and ensure to obtain all the correct information and tools required for implementation.
• Manage all change management activities required from an Axonify perspective.
• Attend weekly products and services meetings as well as TTT Sessions to ensure visibility of new products and services specific to Axonify – draft summary
• Share details with Principal Specialist: Retail Field and Axonify Execution Team of Publicis Commerce.
• Keep track of all special requests such as Surveys to be conducted or adhoc reports that need to be created for specific channels and ensure feedback to the Principal Specialist: Retail Field and Axonify Execution Team of Publicis Commerce is provided efficiently.
