Job Description
As a Manager, Operations, you will be part of a growing Business Operations team on a well-known client. Reporting to the SVP of Global Business Operations, the role provides the opportunity to work on a high-energy, highly visible account. You will be responsible for the deployment of onboarding and compliance training programs on systems, tools, and operational processes, guiding internal teams on user best practices and troubleshooting of client systems and tools, and collaborating with Business Operations leaders to resolve system escalations internally and with clients.
What You’ll Do:
- Deploys onboarding and training programs to agency teams on use of client systems and platforms, and relative processes.
- Collaborates across teams on seamless integration of all systems, tools usage, and evolution of operational processes with client systems.
- Acts as a subject matter expert for user best practices, guidance, and troubleshooting for all specific operating systems and platforms.
- Proactively escalates and works with Business Operations leaders to resolve issues to ensure swift troubleshooting and communications back to the client.
- Builds and maintains relationships with key stakeholders across agency teams and clients.
- Analyzes data reports on systems compliance and agency processes; provides insights and recommendations to drive operational efficiencies.
Qualifications
- 5 years of work experience in an Operations or Project Management role at a fast-paced digital or advertising agency.
- Proven experience in operations management, ideally on pharmaceutical client accounts.
- Proficient in Adobe Workfront or similar platforms.
- Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to develop presentations and present material to large audiences.
- Ability to jump into a project independently to troubleshoot issues and determine efficient next steps to improve processes.

Compensation Range: $81,500 - $128,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
