Descrizione del lavoro
As a Senior Strategist you will be responsible of the whole strategy activities related to our clients, from digital to ATL, without boundaries. This means you will be the strategic lead in every project: from the desk research to the creative brief, from the reporting to the social media plan. You’re creative, analytical and strategic—often times wearing all three hats at once to bring strategies to life.
You will work closely with other departments in the agency and support proactively clients through a continuous consultancy.
YOUR IMPACT
· Leverage insights and learnings to inform campaign briefs and new content development in collaboration with Strategy Director
· Collaborate with creative team in order to infuse strategy learnings/insights into the creative or conceptual outcome
· Work closely with analysts, creatives and account teams to build relationships with internal team
· Run effective researches and analysis to get a better understanding of markets, consumers and competitors
· Collaborate on daily basis with media agencies to assure great performances in terms of content/adv distribution
· Conceive and bring to life CRM projects
Qualifiche
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
· 6-8 years of experience as strategist agency-side (work on international/automotive clients is a plus)
· Knowledge of major and emerging trends in communication and consumer experience, with strong focus on digital environment
· Expert in social media best practices
· Sensitive to distribution and media topics
· Insightful in approaching data and reporting
· Strong verbal and editorial writing skills
· Fluent in English
· Excellent problem solver, interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
· Exceptional attention-to-detail
· Collaborative, curious and hungry to learn
