Job Description

As a Senior Associate in the Industry Marketing team, you will help reach these brands with the content, experiences, and campaigns that help ensure they choose to work with us as their trusted partner in digital business transformation. You will also be a part of a team creating the leading edge of the marketing capability at our company – fusing creativity, data, and a product-mindset to plan, optimize, and deliver tangible results.

What are we looking for in you?

In the Industry Marketing Senior Associate position, you will contribute to the growth and position of our organization in a variety of ways, including:

• Develop, maintain, and drive prioritization of industry marketing and client campaigns
• Analyze current marketing strategies and develop new and improved marketing practices
• Adopt and scale our framework for customer journey management
• Create and execute account-based marketing plans
• Provide innovative approaches to reach clients and build relationships
• Ensure the timely activation of SALs
• Plan and manage budgets
• Segment and profile target clients using our methodology for personas
• Utilizing data to make decisions, optimize, and manage against key KPIs,
• Develop and support other team members, as appropriate

Qualifications

Your Skills and Experience:

• Deep understanding of the business issues, with a focus on technology and industries
• High level of comfort with ambiguity and fluid priorities; ability to manage multiple and complex priorities
• Ability to make connections outside marketing, with eye on driving growth and better integration
• Strong demand generation skills and client-centric mentality
• Strong communications skills and able to influence others
• Ability to work in a virtual environment
• Agile and innovative thinker

Nice to have:

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on using marketing to drive business growth
• Undergraduate degree, ideally with a focus in Marketing, Communications, Economics, or a related business field
• Understanding of integrated marketing and client strategies to provide lead gen
• Previous experience in B2B marketing
• Experience using data to inform decisions and optimize results
