Job Description
The Events Manager at Publicis Media is responsible for coordinating, executing, and supporting all aspects of event planning and execution. This includes developing and implementing event strategies, coordinating logistics, managing budgets, and ensuring events align with Publicis Groupe’s goals and objectives. The Event Planning Director will work closely with clients, vendors, and other internal departments to ensure successful event outcomes.

Your Impact:
Plan, organize, and build events, such as conferences, client/partner appreciation events, product launches, and pitch events (as required).
Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, and contract negotiation.
Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure successful event outcomes, including managing communication and expectations.
Oversee event budgeting, tracking expenses, and ensuring events stay within budget.
Evaluate and report on the success of events, including gathering feedback and analyzing data to inform future event planning efforts.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines related to event planning and execution.
Manage RSVP lists for events, working closely with internal teams and/or external partners to monitor and track responses.
