GCP DevOps Architect

As a GCP Architect, you will be a part of a smart cross-functional team delivering digital business transformation solutions to our clients. You’ll have the unique opportunity to increase the engineering team productivity by developing and overseeing the database architecture, design, and operations within the products of some of the world’s largest brands.

Cloud/DevOps Platform Manager/Engineer

• Must have : Implementation of all areas of service engineering for EKS (including security, IAM, Life-cycle, observability, networking etc), which can include configurations, automations, pipelines and integrations with components within Citi environments
• Must have : Important for being hands on with the following
• Designing/implementing Multi-tenancy / Multi-cluster configuration
• Designing/implementing Workload isolation
• Designing/implementing Operational visibility

• Must have : Hands on knowledge of Helm charts
• Must have : Hands-on experience deploying and managing Kubernetes infrastructure with Terraform Enterprise. Ability to write reusable terraform modules.
• Must have : Strong understanding of CI/CD Pipelines in a globally distributed environment using Git, Artifactory, Jenkins, Docker registry, ELK and deploying applications on GCP
• Must have : Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) and/or Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD) is a plus
• Must have : Experience using Docker within container orchestration platforms such as EKS/GKE.
• Must have : Knowledge of setting up splunk

• Must have : Knowledge of Spark in EKS/GKE
• Must have : Knowledge of EMR
• Must have : Establish connectivity and scaling elastically
• Must have : Yunicorn – in EKS for scheduling
• Must have : Knowledge of common GCP services, EKS, ECR, EMR, RDS, Docker, S3, etc.
• Nice to have : Good to have certification in Kubernetes
• Nice to have : Experience with Service Mesh technologies (Istio or Linkerd).
• Nice to have :Hands-on Python and Unix shell scripting is required.

Pay Range: $ 90,000 - $175,000

The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. The actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and the specific skillset required for the work itself.
