What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Application Delivery Coordinator position at Publix?
As a member of the Marketing Technology team, the Marketing Application Delivery Coordinator (MADC) facilitates the use of Marketing work management business applications such as marketing resource management systems, campaign management systems, and digital asset management systems. This includes participating in release testing and making recommendations for future technology releases. The MADC also provides daily troubleshooting for marketing applications and facilitates application training and process documentation. The Marketing Application Delivery Coordinator reports to the Manager of Marketing Application Delivery.
Additional responsibilities include:
• assisting with the operational delivery and ongoing support of Marketing business applications through
• creating, delivering, and maintaining Marketing Resource Management System operational dashboard reporting and dashboard user profiles for the Marketing department
• supporting Marketing business application training by creating and managing application process and training manuals and facilitating training sessions
• providing backup support for Marketing associate Information Systems (I/S) requests
• participating in efforts to evaluate, integrate, and test with other Marketing-related technologies to deliver overall process and productivity gains that come with an integrated marketing suite of products (i.e., Digital Asset Management System, Customer Relationship Management Systems, Content Management Systems, etc.)
• dedicating time to Marketing innovation and quality improvement
• managing special operations-related assignments, which can include but is not limited to training and development, project management, executing reporting, and presenting results to Marketing leadership
• at least one (1) year of experience administering software applications
• comprehensive knowledge of enterprise Marketing Resource Management (MRM) software
• knowledge of both Microsoft Windows and macOS operating systems
• basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite software including Acrobat Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• basic knowledge of Digital Asset Management Systems (DAM) and Content Management Systems (CMS)
• knowledge of incident, problem management, ticket, change, and risk management processes and tools for business technology applications
• knowledge of application user interface (UI) elements and configuration
• knowledge of Microsoft Office office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and comparable Mac applications (i.e., Keynote)
• strong customer service skills
• excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills
• ability to forecast and recognize potential problems and solve them as they arise

• Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience• at least one (1) year of experience administering software applications
