Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma or the equivalent
- Knowledge of rigid wide format digital printing
- Knowledge of rigid wide format finishing processes
- Knowledge of rigid wide format digital printer and computerized router front end software
- Math and measurement knowledge
- High degree of mechanical skills, combined with the abilities required to operate a highly technical rigid wide format digital printer and various wide format finishing equipment
- High degree of diagnostic, performance, and problem solving skills and experience
- Physical abilities, including: the lifting of up to 70 pounds, extended walking/standing (up to 14 hours/day), bending, and squatting
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Adaptability and versatility (change) skills
- Willingness and the ability to work variable work schedules (sometimes with short notice) when and as required by the work load, which may include weekend and/or holiday hours
