We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Instructor to join our team. As an Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in various subjects. Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging and interactive lessons to adult learners
- Create and implement effective curriculum plans
- Utilize logic controllers to enhance the learning experience
- Build practical skills in areas such as air conditioning, electrical work, welding, and plumbing
- Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment
- Educate students on industry best practices and safety protocols
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to support their growth and development
- Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve instructional methods and materials
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated work Experience in Mechanical Systems
- Strong knowledge and expertise in the subject area being taught
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for education and a desire to inspire others
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to create a supportive learning environment
Note: All positions at our organization are paid, including internships.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4 – 35 per week
