Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing our company's overall supply chain and logistics strategy.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with business goals
- Manage and optimize inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess stock
- Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, and distribution teams to ensure efficient flow of goods
- Utilize data analysis tools such as SQL, Tableau, and Power BI to drive decision-making processes
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
- Lead cross-functional teams in projects related to supply chain optimization
- Ensure compliance with regulations and standards in all supply chain activities

Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in supply chain management, logistics, or related field
- Strong knowledge of supply chain principles including MRP, Lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma methodologies
- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting
- Experience with systems such as ERP software and familiarity with Tableau or Power BI is a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
