Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Outdoor Construction & Landscape Construction to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional project management skills, expertise in technology and project management tools, and a proven ability to effectively manage in-house crews and subcontractors. The role involves overseeing full landscape renovations and new construction projects, including outdoor living spaces, kitchens, bathroom remodels, additions, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee in-house crews and subcontractors involved in landscape construction projects.

- Utilize project management tools and software to efficiently plan, execute, and monitor project progress.

- Proficiency in using Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Excel, and other relevant technology platforms.

- Develop and implement procedures to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

- Maintain a high level of professionalism when interacting with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

- Ability to read plans and understand the Scope of Work for each project.

- Evaluate and vet subcontractors, and onboard them as needed.

- Execute change orders as required and adapt plans accordingly.

- Foster innovation and continuous improvement by developing and implementing new systems and processes to enhance project efficiency and quality.

- Build and lead a high-performing project management team.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

- Proven experience in project management within the landscape construction industry.

- Strong proficiency in project management tools and software.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency.

- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams.

- Innovative thinker with a passion for developing improved systems and processes.

- Commitment to achieving company goals and objectives.

Pay: $82,109.00 - $89,584.00 per year
