BDC Sales Representative/ Acquisition Coordinator

Puklich Chevrolet is currently seeking a Business Development Representative/ Acquisition Coordinator for our Sales Department. Creating an excellent customer sales experience. Looking for a qualified candidate who is enthusiastic, honest, hardworking, and committed to great customer service.

Daily tasks performed but not limited to:

-Produce sales appointments from follow-up internet leads and outbound prospecting.

-Verify customer and vehicle records.

-Meet and exceed established call volume goals set each day.

-Learn and use scripting consistently.

-Make notes in-company programs.

-Multi-task being able to work in multiple company programs.

-Update BDC Tracker logging appointments.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school or equivalent

Prior automotive experience is not required. The best candidates for this position are those with prior telemarketing, retail, internet sales, or customer service.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide into all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

• Valid Driver's License
• Clean Driving Record

Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
