Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of our healthcare facility. The Clinic Manager will be responsible for managing the medical and administrative staff, ensuring efficient patient flow, and maintaining high-quality patient care. On occasion some medical assistant work may be required.
Responsibilities:
- Local individual with the ability to drop in the office occasionally
- Manage and supervise all clinic staff, including medical professionals, administrative personnel, and support staff
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth clinic operations
- Monitor and evaluate clinic performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards of care
- Oversee scheduling of patient appointments, ensuring optimal patient flow and minimal wait times
- Handle patient complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Occasional assistance with front ad back office tasks as needed
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical management or healthcare administration
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
