Our Barbacks are protectors of all that is sacred: our craft beverage program. The good news is that your training will teach you everything you need to know to succeed on the job. But there are a few skills you should have from the get-go:
- You value guest experiences and take pride in everything you do
- You've got attitude (the right kind, of course)
- Communication is key - you should be comfortable talking with strangers
- You understand that work is easier - and more fun - with teamwork
- Experience working in a high-volume restaurant/bar is ideal
What you'll be doing:
- Creating authentic, custom guest experiences through a high level of attention to detail and service
- Delivering high quality food and beverage that is geared toward the guest preferences because you are an expert in what we offer
- Supporting the bar team by juicing, stocking, prepping, rotating kegs, products and service ware that allow proper execution of the steps of service
- Maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization in bars, service stations, storage areas, prep stations, and all other workstations assigned.
- Working side by side, with your fellow team members in support of providing a high level of hospitality
