Overview:
The Regional Territory Manager oversees operations, team development, local marketing and relationship management for all of the locations in the region. The ideal candidate will be an entrepreneurial leader who can create sustainable processes to ensure growth, quality and scalability. Responsibilities include recruiting pro partners; leading and motivating teams; identifying new business opportunities; creating and managing stakeholder relationships, implementing high quality processes and achieving growth targets.
Job Duties:
- Drive the overall growth strategy, revenue target achievement, vendor recruiting and quality of service delivery in the region
- Actively recruit vendor partners, upholding PunchListUSA's standards of quality, professionalism and experience
- Ensure high quality service delivery and scalability through team development, technology implementation and strategic planning
- Implement corporate directives and develop regional business plans to meet financial objectives.
- Develop local networks to grow and retain new real estate agents, brokers, closing coordinators, builders and any other market segment to further PunchListUSA's business goals.
- Ensure customer satisfaction is maintained throughout each job and maintain a positive brand perception.
- Manage stakeholder relationships with the utmost accountability and trust
- Achieve revenue growth targets
- Ensure overall job safety and training with a network of contractors.
- Create customer trust and loyalty to continue our growth trajectory in each market
What You Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- General Contractor License preferred
- Real estate experience required (ideally brokerage and/or construction)
- Deep relationship base in the local real estate communities
- Ability to deliver revenue targets and growth goals consistently
- Self-starter and goal driven
- General construction or home inspection license/certificate
- 5 years of construction and project management experience
- General residential construction knowledge
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Bias for action
- A true consulting and project management approach and ability to communicate technical concepts to people of all backgrounds
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong business acumen
- Works well in team environment
- Ability to clearly articulate ideas and concepts both in written form and orally
- Excellent customer/vendor relationship skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Engaging personality, polished verbal and written communication skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Please note: This is a field leadership position which requires driving and on-site meetings
