We are a full-service mobile grooming salon serving Orlando and surrounding communities. From bathing to grooming, and from nail grinding to deshedding, we can do anything a pup needs to be the absolute best version of themselves!

What are the steps to becoming a PupLuxe Groomer?

Upon hiring, pet stylists will undergo a training period of at least 2 weeks (8 days) making an hourly wage until the completion of their training period (as approved by a member of management based on satisfactory performance and competence of daily operations).

Upon exiting their training period, our Pet Stylists enter a probationary period of 90 days where they will earn a base commission of 30%. After 90 days, groomers will then become eligible for tiered commission compensation, with the ability to earn up to 35% based on total sales output per pay period (2 weeks). On average, our groomers earn between $50,000 to $75,000 annually doing 5-6 dogs a day.

What are the duties and responsibilities of this role?

As a Pet Stylist, your job responsibilities include:

• Providing professional-quality pet grooming and bathing services inside a commercial vehicle.
• Drive and operate the PupLuxe Grooming van safely and effectively in order to navigate to and from each client’s locations.
• Meet and exceed the expectations of our clients and their pets by properly communicating services and expectations at check-in.
• Work independently to provide a full range of grooming services to our clients and their pets in a timely manner.
• Diligent adherence to safety protocols and best pet grooming practices to ensure a safe and stress-free environment for the pets in your care.
• Proficiently utilize company software and point-of-sale systems to communicate with clients, take payments, schedule appointments, send reminders, navigate to appointments, etc.
• Maintain the grooming van in functional and sanitary conditions at all times by cleaning between services, reporting inventory shortages and reporting any maintenance concerns to management.
• Provide content for marketing purposes by taking before-and-after photos of dog services and creating self-made photo/video content for the purpose social media publishing.
• Leverage opportunities to acquire and retain new business by distributing business cards, encouraging referrals and influencing clients to set up reocurring appointments.
