Sr. Analyst - Strategy & Monetization

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join the Strategy team here at Pura. In this position you will help drive the monetization and business model strategy across Pura’s product lines and subscription offerings. You will work closely with senior leaders and stakeholders across the organization to develop monetization strategies and practices that make a big impact and deliver results for Pura.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and continuously refine and optimize our pricing and packaging strategies and business models across our product lines and subscriptions.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify, evaluate, and build recommendations around business opportunities.
• Develop business cases and make strategic recommendations for new initiatives, product enhancements, and operational improvements
• Design and execute pricing experiments to assess the impact of different pricing strategies on customer behavior and revenue.
• Assist with creation of and evaluate the effectiveness of promotions and campaigns against pricing strategies and business goals.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of competitors' pricing strategies, market positioning, and pricing trends to identify opportunities and threats.
• Utilize advanced analytics and modeling techniques to evaluate pricing effectiveness, price elasticity and cross-price elasticity, and customer segmentation.
• Assist in forecasting revenue, volume, and profitability impacts of pricing changes, providing insights for decision-making.
• Present findings and recommendations and collaborate with teams across the organization to ensure alignment and implementation of pricing strategies.
• Work closely with teams across Pura to ensure pricing strategies align with overall business goals.
   

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• 3 years of pricing or strategy experience.
• Previous experience with consumer goods, consumer tech, marketplaces or consumer subscriptions.
• Proficiency in pricing analysis tools (ex. conjoint) and data analytics software (e.g., Excel, SQL, R, Python).
• Strong understanding of pricing theories, methodologies, and market dynamics.
• Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.
