Description
Purcell Tire and Service Centers was built on a family tradition of trust and quality service and as an OTR Tire Service Technician, your mission is to address the tire & service needs of customers in a safe approved manner using the proper tools and techniques.
Who We're Looking For:
• Self-motivated & dependable individual
• Customer-focused with the ability to work well in a team environment
What You Need:
• 1 year OTR tire experience required
• Valid driver’s lic; no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 yrs or DUIs
• Ability to obtain & maintain a CDL
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background & drug screen
• Ability to lift, pull, or push seventy-five (75) pounds if required
• Ability to bend knees & flexible enough to work in awkward positions
What You’ll Do:
• Operate hydraulic boom arm
• Perform OTR and commercial tire-wheel replacements and installations
• Dismount wheels using lug wrenches and other hand and power tools
• Repair, balance, rotate, mount, and replacement of tires/wheels
• Perform basic preventative maintenance and other commercial vehicle services
• Perform basic facility maintenance, shop clean up and organization
• Other essential and non-essential duties as assigned by management
