As a Program Coordinator for PGSOCO, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. Responsibilities include:

• Effective Communication with Customers and Team
• Lead Management
• Coordination of Full Turn Key Projects and Appointments
• Product Knowledge and Showroom Sales and Maintenance
• Order Processing and Inventory Management
• Performing Take Offs, Providing Estimates and Processing Invoices
• Staging Products for Will Call
• Maintaining a Clean, Safe and Organized Work Environment
• Assisting in Training New Employees

Requirements:

• At Least 3 Year of Sales or Customer Service Experience
• Strong Attention to Detail and Process Implementation
• Organized, Time Managed and Strong Communication Skills
• Ability to Work Independently and in a Team
• Comfortable with Basic Computer Applications
• Willingness to Learn and Adapt

Physical Demands:

• Ability to Lift and Move 50 Pounds Daily
• Comfortable with Physical Tasks
• Daily Operation of Fork Lift and Cutting Machine
• Flexible to Work in Various Environments

Expected hours: 40 per week
