Position: Contract Client Support Manager
Location: Atlanta, Georgia

The Opportunity: The Contract Client Support Manager will serve as the tactical lead for the Account Management Department.
What You Will Do:
- Create detailed process maps that incorporate business and system steps.
- Document detailed business analysis, problem/issues, opportunities, and recommended solutions for department
- Support Internal Projects in partnership with Product and Enterprise Program Management teams
- Perform quality review of New Client Launch and Client Termination projects
- Lead widescale client/partner impacting operational failure management with cross functional teams
- Manage the integration of new services and functionality for established clients (i.e. - web installation, customized processes
The Experience You Will Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in a general area of study
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with process mapping and modeling
- Strong verbal/written communication skills
- Technical aptitude and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and build relationships
- B2B Client facing experience (a plus)
- Project management experience and/or certification highly desirable
- Experience with Salesforce and Tableau (a plus)
