About Our Opportunity:
The Special Projects Manager to the Vice Provost is responsible for supporting strategic enrollment planning initiatives as directed by the Vice Provost. This position provides day-to-day support for Enrollment Management division operations and communications, project management support for the Enrollment Management leadership team, and executive-level administrative functions for the vice provost and the division. In this role you will perform a wide range of duties which require tact, sensitivity, independent judgement, diplomacy, organizational skills, flexibility, discretion, and confidentiality.
What We’re Looking For:
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Three years of related experience in an administrative or project management role.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated good judgement and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, project management ability, and attention to detail.
- Must have excellent computer skills including proficiency in MS Office Suite and internet-based collaboration tools.
- Detail-oriented and organized with thorough knowledge of professional office procedures.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s Degree in communication, business, or related field.
- Experience in the enrollment management field.
