About Our Practice

Pure Health is a naturopathic medical clinic in North County San Diego (4403 Manchester Ave, Suite 107, Encinitas, CA 92024). Our team consists of several naturopathic doctors, a PhD nutritionist, a chiropractic doctor, and a colon hydrotherapist. We offer a wide array of services including naturopathic consultations, specialty lab testing, IV therapy, ozone therapy, PRP joint injections, BioScan testing, chiropractic care, colonics, and aesthetic procedures (injectables, PRP microneedling, PRP hair rejuvenation).

We are looking for a LVN to join our team who is interested in learning from our team and ready to bring in their knowledge. The LVN will be in charge of blood draws, IV infusions, and vitamin shots. Hours would be Monday to Thursday 8:30AM-5:00PM.

LVN Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Review patient history.
• Perform required physical examination and vital signs.
• Prepare intravenous (IV) infusion bags and nutrient injections.
• Administer subcutaneous (SC) and intramuscular (IM) injections of nutrients.
• Administer intravenous (IV) solutions and push medications, and discontinue therapy once finished.
• Administer direct, intravenous (IV), and nasal ozone therapy.
• Evaluate patient at the end of treatment and on discharge.
• Proper documentation of procedures and patient condition in Charm EHR.
• Take inventory of and reorder injectables and medical supplies.
• Stay current with CPR certification.
• Exhibit clean and neat appearance.
• Demonstrate punctuality and dependability.

Education and/or Experience

• Has a current LVN license in California
• Has completed a BVNPT-approved IV therapy certification course
• CPR/BLS certified

Language and Communication
Ability to read and comprehend complex instructions, correspondence and memos. Ability to perform charting on the EMR. Ability to effectively present information in one- on-one and small group situations to patients, their families, and staff. Ability to work cooperatively with other staff and give directions.

Mathematical Skills
Basic math skills, adding, subtracting, multiplication and division.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
