Project Manager IV - Information Technology

Company Description

pureIntegration is seeking a Project Manager IV - Information Technology to join our team! Beyond solid program delivery and technical skills, the ideal candidate will have proven experience in planning, coordinating, and managing the assimilation of new software applications and programs into the organization's existing computer network. The Analyst will typically supports each department by determining its systemic needs, recommending changes, implementing new software solutions and instructing users about the interface.  In addition, provide guidance and support in the development of projects at all system layers, including data sourcing and consumption, back-office and user application systems.

Location: Hybrid/Remote and On-Site Role – Denver, CO 

Work Authorization: GC, US Citizens.  We Do Not Accept H1B Visas.  We Do Not accept C2C relationships

Work Type:  Contractor on 1099 Hourly - Six-Month Project, with possibility of extension.

Pay rate: Up to $60/hr 1099. 

Core Responsibilities:

• Manages the entire project lifecycle from project definition through implementation. 
• Accountable for meeting agreed upon scope, cost, schedule and quality measures.
• Develops project plan and drives project milestones.
• Establishes effective communication plan with project team and key stakeholders.
• Provides day-to-day direction to project resources.
• Ensures effective change management occurs throughout the course of the project. 
• Responsible for preparation of documentation, status reports and budgets.

Preferred Requirements:  Experience with VM ware platforms like ESSI, Vsphere 

Minimum Requirements:

• 3-5 years of IT and business/industry work experience managing projects.
• Responsible for analysis related to business and corporate process, design, development and implementation of information technology systems, as well as consulting with project owners to resolve issues regarding operations, implementations, and system status.
• Excellent oral and written communications, interpersonal, negotiation, project planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Specialized knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word.  

Preferred Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge and experience with state-of-the-art commercial tools
• Create, communicate, and manage the project plans and other required project documentation and provide updates as necessary
• Experience with VM ware platforms like ESSI, Vsphere
• Experience tracking and translating engineering discussions into actionable engineering tasks and next steps
• Ability to work as an individual contributor and contribute as part of a larger team, with the ability to influence.
• Ability to take responsibility for multiple projects and manage through to completion.
• Excellent management skills, with the demonstrated ability to develop platform software
• Project, Smartsheet. Comfortable using Splunk and other data sources
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience
