- Lead a feature design and research and collaborate with other stakeholders

- Present own work created in Figma to team members

- Use digital design and prototyping tools such as Figma
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...
- 3 years of experience
- Understand front-end development process and limitations (basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS is a plus)
- Create mind maps, user flows
- Understand, apply and promote our design thinking and design system
- Generate solutions to business needs, and communicate the pros and cons for each
- Benchmark ideas against industry best practices in a given context
- Understand cloud-native app development (devops, agile methodology, microservices, cloud platforms, containers like Kubernetes and Docker, CI/CD)
- Plan own tasks considering collaboration with the team
- Willingness to iterate, learn, and improve based on feedback
- Share knowledge with other team members and help to improve design maturity
- Support written and verbal communication in order to plan further work, explain and document ideas
- Flexibility, open-mindedness, ability and desire to learn
You will be based in Santa Clara, CA or Bellevue, WA. As this is an office-centric role, you are expected to be present in the office for 4 days a week. As outlined in Pure's Hybrid Work Policy, there will be variations over periods of time, depending on business need.
The annual base salary range is: $153,000-$230,000. Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.
This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
