Job Summary
We are thrilled to offer a unique opportunity for an Administrative Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is not just about managing incoming calls and providing exceptional customer service, but also about making outgoing calls to check in with new customers, showcasing your confidence and proficiency on the phone. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be our customer's first point of contact, handling their billing or service needs. The ideal candidate for this role is someone with outstanding customer service skills, strong multi-tasking abilities, experience in an office environment, and strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls, assist customers with billing questions, log service calls or direct calls
Assist with Accounts Receivables and backup service dispatch
Place customer check-in calls to new customers
Maintenance and Auditing of customer databases
Qualifications
Great Customer Service Skills
Strong Communication Skills
Organizational and time management skills
Familiarity with computer programs, such as QuickBooks Desktop, Microsoft Office, ACT, and Adobe software a plus
