What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bilingual Client Coordinator position at Purelight Power?
Description
Working closely with the Marketing Team, the Client Coordinator will serve as the first point of contact through the sales process - primarily by phone. All English or Spanish speaking prospects that the Client Coordinator speaks to have inquired to learn more about renewable energy - we DO NOT do any cold calling.
The role of Client Coordinator is vital to the Purelight Power organization, providing crucial information regarding solar and available programs, qualifying clients, and coordinating appointment calendars for all of our Energy Consultants across the company.
Unique Schedule:
The weekly schedule would be either Tuesday - Saturday or Sunday - Thursday
Daily shifts are from 11am-7pm or 12pm-8pm
Requirements
- Can fluently speak, write and understand both English and Spanish
- Must be familiar and comfortable in an office setting, utilizing typical and speciality office equipment.
- 2 years sales or customer service experience
- Be a people-person with a friendly and positive attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Sales experience a plus, but not required
- Trainable and motivated to learn and progress
- Local to Medford/Ashland area
- Previous knowledge about solar is not required
