Full Job Description

We are expanding and looking for an Electrical Technician to join our team!

Responsibilities

Panel Building/ Generator Field Wiring

  • Read and understand electrical schematics
  • Read Bill of Materials to identify all components needed for control panel assembly
  • Use tools to fabricate and wire panels including measuring tools, drills, taps, screwdrivers, band saws, jig saw
  • Test and troubleshoot completed control panels and Generators

Field Work

· Ability to work 10% of the time in the field

· Generator Commissioning on customer sites inside the continental U.S.

· Troubleshoot with customers over the phone

· Perform preventative maintenance tasks on customer generators

Qualifications

  • Two-year Electronics/Technology Degree. Will consider applicants with electrical experience
  • Working knowledge of AC/DC voltage from 24vDC to 600VAC
  • Able to read and understand blueprints, wiring diagrams, and electrical schematics
  • Ability to sketch/redline basic electrical circuits
  • Well organized with the ability to function independently
  • Valid drivers license

You should be proficient in:

  • Blueprint Reading
  • Electrical Schematics
  • Electrical Troubleshooting Skills
  • Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills
  • Troubleshooting Industrial Automation Equipment
  • Effective communication both written and spoken

We work a 4-day schedule, Mon-Thurs 7 AM - 5:30 PM. PureLine is a close-knit, team-oriented organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Education:

  • Associate (Required)

Experience:

  • Electrical Technician: 3 years (Preferred)
