Excel Building Services is a national facilities management company, providing Janitorial services to retailers throughout the country. Our Account Partner position is a customer service role that is responsible for the day-to-day management of our sites.
Candidate must be an organized self-starter, with strong customer service and communication skills and be able to work in team environment. Must also be able to meet deadline driven deliverables.
- Quality Control Phone Calls
- Trouble Shoot, Problem Solve, and manage issues that arise from store (customer at the site level)
- Work with independent service providers to ensure service scope is met
- Work with Area Manager (Field Partner) to oversee the assigned geographical territory
- Log and Track equipment repairs
- Schedule Services
