Java Developer
Job Summary
Purisolve Corporation is seeking a JAVA Developer to develop and refine JAVA application code, in support of our government client. This position is remote/telework.
General and Technical Requirements:
Must be a U.S. citizen or green card holder due to Government contract stipulations.
Active IRS MBI security clearance is required for work on contract. If a candidate does not have an MBI, one will need to be obtained.
A minimum of 3 – 8* years collectively developing applications in JAVA.
Skillsets should include:
Hibernate
JAVA on the mainframe
Experience with JSON and Annotation
Prior experience working on Agile teams.
Spring Batch (experience with scaling would be a plus)
IRS/IMF/CADE 2 experience preferred
*A bachelor's degree or above is preferred. More experience is required for non-degreed candidates.

Responsibilities:
The employee shall apply JAVA expertise to perform the following, in support of the Customer Account Data Engine 2 (CADE 2) Individual Tax Processing Engine (ITPE) project within the IRS.
Work with ALC developers to convert legacy code from ALC to JAVA.
