Job Position Description:
Changing weather patterns and extreme conditions are more a norm then the exception. Our business is growing and we need to better support our communities with skilled staff. To do this we need technicians to support these efforts that are willing to learn proper fire and flood related protocols.
Primary staffing objective -
Flexible - some weeks we work 50 hours when a disaster hits
Flexible - some weeks, we work 20 hours - you still get paid for 32 hours!
Most weeks we work 40 hours
To ensure all customer needs are met, our technicians work in all aspects of restoration on residential and commercial job sites. Our technicians take pride in going above and beyond customer expectations in their times of need by providing a which sets up apart from our competitors in the industry.
