Each and every team member here at PuroClean takes pride in providing remediation service to residential and commercial clients throughout multiple counties. As part of our expansion efforts we are in need of an experienced Operations Manager. Ideally, the candidate should have a remediation or construction background.
The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing teams, jobs, and involves both engagement and development of employees. Job management includes planning, organizing staff, formulating work strategy and overseeing job processes from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be motivated, works well with others, able to delegate tasks and has the ability to encourage and motivate the workforce.
