Company hours 7:30 am - 3:30 pm CST Monday through Friday in clinic only, with flexibility for BCBA hours on site
Caseload will not exceed 10 full time clients
Job Requirements:
Masters degree and BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
Strong leadership skills, and ability to manage a small team
Direct implementation, and creation of programming in collaboration with parents, caregivers, educators and other team members
Maintenance of individual certification and licensure
Ensure correct implementation of behavior support plans, skill acquisition programs, and other behavior change procedures through the effective use of data and graphing, direct observations, team consultation, individual data collection, and records review.
Billable hours of 30-32 hours per week
Conduct functional assessment and/or functional analysis of target behaviors, including indirect assessments, direct observations, and experimental analyses.
Attend client centered meetings (IEPs, ISPs, FSTs) as appropriate.
Create materials for, and attend all additional company training and seminars as required.
Maintain clear lines of communication with supervisees and provide corrective feedback or recommendations.
Maintain ethical guidelines outlined by the BACB®.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
