What You'll Do:

• Lead with Heart: As a player/coach, you’ll guide and inspire a talented team of designers, nurturing their growth and fostering a culture of innovation and psychological safety.
• Design the Future: Develop and maintain a cohesive design system that ensures every interaction on our platform is not just user-friendly, but delightfully intuitive and consistent with our brand.
• Collaborate Across Boundaries: Work hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams, from development to marketing, ensuring that our digital products are not only functional but also visually captivating and technically sound.
• Innovate and Iterate: Stay ahead of the curve by integrating the latest design trends and technologies into our products, all while conducting user research and usability testing to continuously enhance the user experience.
• Drive Excellence: Lead design projects with precision, manage timelines and resources, and ensure that every design decision aligns with our strategic goals and high standards.

Who You Are:

• A seasoned Product Designer with 5 years of experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• A visionary with a strong portfolio that showcases your ability to create user-centered designs for both web and mobile applications.
• Proficient in industry-standard tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and more.
• A master communicator who can present design concepts with clarity and confidence.
• An agile thinker, comfortable with iterative development and skilled in working within technical constraints.
• Experience with e-commerce or auction platforms? That’s a bonus! Spanish-speaking? Even better!
