POSITION PROFILE : Assist in the maintenance of the Golf Course by performing a variety of tasks to ensure overall exceptional condition of the course.
Ability to use both manual and motorized equipment. Attention to detail is a must. May be required to work additional hours during the busy season.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION :
- Utilize manual lawn mower to maintain the greens and tees
- Operate riding lawn mower to maintain fairways, roughs and other larger areas
- Routinely rake bunkers to maintain groomed appearance
- Cut trees and underbrush as needed
- Perform all weed-eating and edging
- Prepare and lay sod
- Maintain irrigation system and make repairs as necessary
- Performs all other duties as directed.
