Job Posting for Quality Administrator at Pursuit Aerospace
JOB SUMMARY: The Quality Administrator will be responsible for the administrative oversight of the quality systems of the site.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Responsibilities will include the following, but is not to be considered an all-inclusive list to this position:
- Administer the Quality systems and database in compliance with AS9100 and AS13100.
- Perform internal audits and supplier audits per AS9100 and AS13100.
- Administers the document control system.
- Receive in product from outside inspection and test activities.
- Administer, control, and coordinate the review of supplier and customer documentation and specifications.
- Administer the filing of controlled records, such as shipping paperwork, scrap tickets, etc.
- May assist with corrective and preventative action.
- Coordinate the sending of test parts to labs and managing the test database.
- Create shipping paperwork packets for release of product from the dock.
- Administer the calibration database to ensure on-time calibrations are completed by the responsible parties.
- All other reasonable duties as assigned.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Administrative, document control, records, or another similar systems experience.
- Experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
