Video Content Editor
Status: Full-Time, hourly, non-exempt.
Pay: $17.00 per hour DOE.

Benefits: Health benefits are covered at 75% for self and family: Medical, dental, vision, additional benefits include 403b retirement, and free staff childcare.

Workdays: Monday-Friday.
Supervisor: Video Director.

The Video Content Editor is responsible for supporting PURSUIT by video editing as delegated by Video Director.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Editing, and completing projects assigned by the Marketing Director.
  • Creating and editing some video assets for social media, Sunday video announcements, and sermon series bumper material.
  • Assisting with weekly asset creation.
  • Keeping all assets organized and easily accessible to the PURSUIT’s server.
  • Assist the Design Team as needed with motion graphics or backgrounds.
  • Attend all staff meetings and required events.
  • All other tasks assigned. 
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Be committed to the local church and its leadership.
  • Model a passionate pursuit of the presence of God.
  • Be able to pass both local and federal background checks.
  • Follow all PURSUIT policies and procedures.
  • Must be proficient in Adobe Suite: Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  • Must be proficient in the upkeep of and knowledge of Blackmagic cameras, Canon lenses, and other professional equipment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High-school diploma.
  • Experience with people and creative processes.
  • Organizational abilities.
  • Ability to develop, mentor, and train new recruits.
  • Ability to remain accountable and complete tasks as assigned.
