Web Developer/E-commerce
Status: Full-Time hourly, non-exempt
Hours: Monday - Friday
Pay: $65,000 DOE
Supervisor: Marketing Director
The Web Developer/E-commerce position requires the management of the Pursuit Store and Pursuit website development. Responsibilities include ensuring Pursuit websites convey the Pursuit brand effectively, and function properly. Additionally, this position requires monitoring website traffic, extracting statistics, troubleshooting website problems for minimal downtime, and timely updates of the websites.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Designing user interfaces and navigation menus
Writing and reviewing code customizing web interface, typically HTML, XML, or JavaScript
Integrating multimedia content onto our site
Testing web applications & the development of our app.
Troubleshooting problems with performance or user experience
Collaborating with designers, developers, and stakeholders
Ensure customer orders are fulfilled in a timely, precise manner and properly recorded.
Meet tight deadlines, while maintaining organization and a high level of work product.
Assist the Marketing and Communication director with special requests.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment.
Work in a fast-paced environment and be able to pivot and shift quickly as directed by the director.
Maintain inventory cleanliness, stock, and organization of shipping supplies.
Work the line in fulfilling orders, packaging, and managing the pickup & drop off of packages to UPS.
Attend events hosted by PURSUIT and help set up, tear down, and sell merchandise at the Pursuit Store.
All other tasks as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
Be committed to the local church and loyal to its senior leadership.
Model a passionate pursuit of the presence of God.
Be able to pass both local and federal background checks.
Follow all PURSUIT policies and procedures.
Excellent knowledge of Divi templates, and WordPress.
Familiar with point-of-sale systems.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience designing, building, and deploying features for desktop & mobile.
Strong eye for details and UI/UX & design of web interfaces.
Excellent written, and verbal communication, and creative skills.
Experience with e-commerce
3 years of experience as a web developer and/or working in web development.
3 years of experience as a web developer and/or working in web development.
