Residential Remodeling Project Manager

Overview:
We seek a highly skilled and experienced Residential Remodeling Project Manager to oversee construction projects and ensure their completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, project coordination, and project scheduling. You will oversee all aspects of residential construction projects, from estimating and bidding to project execution and completion.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee residential construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Develop project schedules and timelines, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work
- Review blueprints, schematics, and other project documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with building codes
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide regular updates on project status
- Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and making cost-effective decisions
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment needed for construction projects
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement measures to maintain a safe work environment

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in residential construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating, project coordination, and project scheduling
- Proficiency in project management software and microsoft office applications.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
