Family Medicine of Cloverdale has an immediate Full Time opening for a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to help support experienced primary care physicians who specialize in the full range of services for families in Putnam County, Indiana. Here’s your chance to become a part of a thriving practice working in association with extremely talented and well-trained physicians and staff.
- Full Time – 40 hours per week
- Clinic hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm (Monday – Friday)

Qualifications
Requirements:
- Indiana licensed
- Board certified
