Job Summary: Match One Medical is currently looking for a medical sales associate to join our growing team. In this role you will be responsible for managing all aspects of account relationships while providing accounts with excellent service and support. Core responsibilities include establishing strong customer relationships with orthopedic or pain management offices, physical therapy offices, chiropractic offices, and addiction treatment facilities. This role is highly proactive and requires the ability to build positive relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in account management, relationship development, and customer service. Success in this position will be measured by the customer retention and satisfaction of assigned territory.
Job Responsibilities:
- Foster the growth of Match One Medical by prospecting for new business and maintaining and growing prescription volume of current accounts.
- Build and develop relationships with physicians, surgeons, and other medical professionals- Identify customers, set up appointments, visit offices, etc.
- Establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on physicians and healthcare professionals.
- Meeting with physicians and/or decision makers to educate as to the benefits of utilizing Thermal Compression Therapy and e-stim over opioids and other pain medications.
- Develop and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through consistent, quality interactions with physicians, clinics, and staff.
- Meet and exceed all sales quotas provided by upper management, meeting with providers to detail our products and the vast number of benefits achieved with their usage.
- Be a perpetual learner of your clients’ business and be able to digest new information quickly and pivot on messaging and/or direction of each campaign as necessary for each client account.
- Reach and qualify high level decision makers, overcome objections, uncover needs, guide conversations and convert qualified conversations to second level appointments for our clients.
- Deliver well organized presentations to physicians, key decision makers and other medical staff.
- Communicate regularly with upper management to develop solutions to aid in overcoming roadblocks and challenges to maximize business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Medical background either through education or professional experience are highly sought
- Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience (medical experience preferred)
- Existing relationships or previous call pattern of Pain Management office sales and/or Orthopedics offices is preferred
- Understanding of how to position products against competitors
- Must be Internet savvy and computer literate- Microsoft and Google platforms
- 50% - 70% travel within a large metro area closest to home
