PVH is looking for a service-oriented compensation leader to join our Global Total Rewards team. This role will provide leadership and direction for all components of broad-based compensation for both our Corporate, Commercial and Field associate populations. As a Sr. Director of Global Broadbased Compensation, you will be a key member of PVH’s Total Rewards team, this role designs and delivers on our global portfolio of compensation operations programming, initiatives and projects. This role reports to the, SVP, Global Comp and works closely with leaders and partners across functions including Corporate HR, Retail HR, HR Operations, HR Business Partners, Communications, Legal, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and Equity, Inclusion & Diversity. The role is based in Bridgewater, NJ in a hybrid model.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
• Ensure that compensation programs support corporate strategic objectives including competitive pay, global internal consistency and good corporate governance.
• Oversees all compensation planning and review processes from start (budget and timeline drafting) to finish (employee communication and system documentation).
• Research and use data to provide strategic input for compensation structures for new geographies/new job profiles
• Lead with an eye for process optimization and proper documentation
• Partner with Talent Attraction and relentless review market data to stay in front of compensation trends
• Provides direction, coaching and development opportunities for compensation team members
• The Sr. Director of Global Broadbased Compensation is responsible for developing, designing, maintaining and implementing PVH’s broad-based compensation programs.
This role is ideal for someone with strength and experience building and executing broad-based compensation strategies and programs with global compensation expertise and a passion for leading and developing teams. Ideally, you’ve worked in Retail, Consumer Goods or a global Company with a large field population that interacts directly or indirectly with an end customer.
As a key member of the Global Total Rewards team, the Sr. Director of Global Broadbased Compensation will work cross functionally in this highly visible and impactful role which will provide the opportunity to partner with stakeholders at PVH and with key stakeholders across the company’s regions and functions. The Sr. Director of Global Broadbased Compensation will bring significant expertise in the development and execution of compensation programs that attract and retain associates across multiple functional areas and disciplines in a competitive landscape. Lead the strategic review, design, implementation, and communication of the PVH broad-based compensation programs, including for our Retail and Warehouse & Distribution functions globally.
• Provide specific recommendations and plans that will enhance the companys ability to attract, motivate, and retain talent at all levels, globally and drive strategic and operational objectives.
• Continue to align compensation within a larger global rewards framework, with a keen eye to the market and with a focus on diversity, equity and inclusion.
• Manage the maintenance of the Global PVH Job Architecture, and ensure global alignment in leveling with respect to compensation programs and eligibility, as well as for purposes of career advancement, promotional practices and global consistency.
• Lead critical compensation programs and processes such as merit cycle, year-end rewards process, spot bonus awards, labor market assessments and salary range updates.
• Partner closely and effectively with Regional Rewards teams, Global Executive and Incentive Rewards, HR Business Partners, Legal, Finance and stakeholder partners in thinking through and executing strategy, design and implementation.
• Ensure that the company has a progressive, comprehensive, market aligned and cost-effective approach to compensation offerings.
• Demonstrate an understanding of and appreciation for workflows/ how the work gets done- including operational complexity, with an eye toward removing roadblocks, improving efficiencies, and fostering a seamless leader and associate experience.
• Demonstrate solid understanding of business priorities, challenges and needs while staying focused on strengthening our ability to attract, grow and retain top talent
• Drive teams to focus on consistency and a business focused approach to program consultation, thought partnership and executional excellence
• Lead with market and internal data insights to drive compensation solutions. This involves providing strong project leadership and a laser sharp focus on driving key outcomes
• Lead direction on market analysis, benchmarking approach including data resource management and job profile insights for new and existing roles in business
• As a member of Total Rewards leadership team, be a thought leader, influencer and collaborator on a range of compensation and total rewards topics

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience:
• 10 years of compensation work, preferably with some experience in global public companies
• Excellent interpersonal skills with high initiative, flexibility, and team approach to work
• Acute attention to detail and well-developed organization and time management skills
• Experience with Workday compensation module a plus
• Experience playing a lead role in executing compensation planning and programs / reward initiatives implementation and familiarity with base pay, variable pay, and equity compensation programs preferred
• Experience with Retail field compensation, including incentives and zone pay ranges a plus
• Experiences in one or more of the following compensation disciplines: broad-based compensation design, salary and incentive plan design and administration, international compensation
• Experience with compensation analytics tools and benchmarking surveys
• Working knowledge of employment law and practices
• Experience with compensation strategy & design
• Experience with M&A due diligence and integrations
• Excellent process, planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
Education:
• BA/BS in a relevant discipline (business, HR, Statistics, Finance), or equivalent experience (preferred)
