- Developing relationships with clients to understand their short- and long-term business goals and product needs to advise them and develop solutions;
- Leading full life-cycle product development in highly dynamic and ambiguous environments;
- Resolving product requirements directions with clients including identifying and assessing risks and/or developing mitigation plans;
- Demonstrating knowledge of hardware development timelines, including tooling and manufacturing processes;
- Driving the program from requirements and architecture definition through to design, build, hardware bring up, verification, and validation including establishing and adhering to program schedules and budgets;
- Completing multiple consumer, industrial, or medical IoT products including direct experience shipping products in volumes ranging from tens of thousands lifetime to exceeding tens of thousands per month;
- Demonstrating a cross-functional understanding of product execution including ID, EE, FW, ME/PD, including consideration of product cost, transformation cost and factory/operations;
- Demonstrating experience with electronics OEM, JDM, ODM development models;
- Developing functional specifications, design verification plans, and functional test procedures;
- Establishing a successful collaboration model and leveraging relationships with engineers, suppliers, and manufacturers to solve any issues;
- Presenting at meetings and conferences to create awareness and generate excitement for future business opportunities;
- Resolving complex issues in creative, efficient, and effective ways; and,
- Being an influential voice on behalf of the customer (our consultants and their clients) constantly thinking of their vision and needs to reflect these in the products we deliver.
