Preferred Knowledge/Skills:
Demonstrates some abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team member of the consulting industry, especially relating to business processes that are enabled by identity and access management solutions, including requirements analysis, strategy, design, implementation, and migration for businesses. Having a working understanding of LDAP, Active Directory, Access and Identity technology concepts and understanding of software development on-premise and in the cloud.
Demonstrates some abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following:
- Demonstrates some proven ability and success with the Identity Management suite of products (SailPoint, Oracle, ForgeRock, Ping, Okta, CA, Active Directory, Azure AD, GCP, AWS) and of their design and implementation;
- Demonstrates some proven ability and success utilizing foundational computer science skills such as PowerShell, Graph API, JAVA, C, Networking, SDLC, CVS, SVN, GIT, operating systems (Windows, Unix, Linux) and coding frameworks (such as java frameworks Spring, SpringBoot, hibernate, etc.);
- Demonstrates some proven ability with common Application Servers (such as WebLogic, WebSphere, Tomcat, Apache);
- Demonstrates some proven ability with SSL such as certificate creation, certificate deployment and renewal processes;
- Demonstrates some proven ability with Federated Single Sign-On using various open standards, Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) and OpenID, OAuth protocols;
- Demonstrates some proven ability with one-time password processes, risk-based access and other multi-factor authentication features operate;
- Demonstrates some proven ability and success with identifying and addressing client needs: building relationships with clients; developing an awareness of Firm services; communicating with the client in an organized and knowledgeable manner; delivering clear requests for information; demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks; and communicating potential conflicts to a supervisor; and,
- Demonstrates some proven ability and success as a team member: understanding personal and team roles; contributing to a positive working environment by building relationships with team members; proactively seeking guidance, clarification and feedback.
Demonstrates some abilities and/or a proven record of success with leveraging creative thinking and problem solving skills, individual initiative, and utilizing Google Docs and MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), where necessary, in conjunction with the following:
- Communicating in an organized and knowledgeable manner in written and verbal formats including delivering clear requests for information and communicating potential conflicts; and,
- Conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses of large and complex data. Demonstrates proven understanding of foundational computer science skills such as JAVA, C, Networking, SDLC, CVS, operating systems (Windows, Unix, Linux).
