At PwC, you’ll help Australian businesses, governments and not-for-profit companies create value and improve the way they work. You will focus on building trusted client relationships and creating innovative, analytical solutions to provide insight and values to clients making critical business decisions. You will join PwC's Consulting Analytics team in Sydney as a Government, Health and Infrastructure sector focused Senior Associate. You will help our clients leverage data and analytics, transform their operations, improve the human experience (government agencies, staff, citizens) and drive performance improvement. As a Senior Associate in our Analytics team your impact will be seen by: Developing analytics solutions in Python, R, and SQL and presenting that information back to clients in reports, visualizations and dashboards Helping design, build and deliver innovative analytics-backed solutions primarily for our large Government and Health clients Always taking a business led approach to analytics, blending your commercial understanding with your analytical experience and consulting mindset to ensure that the insight we develop can truly be used by our clients to add value to their organisation Supporting and developing more junior team members in a high-performing and caring work environment About you You have hands-on experience developing analytical solutions and data analysis You have experience working in a fast moving, client focused and project based delivery organisation - this may include experience with a consulting firm, analytics boutique or corporate environment in a strong analytically focused role You might have a background in Government and/or Health, but you definitely have the ability to learn new fields and industries quickly, but not necessary Essential skills You are likely to have 2-4 years of experience applying advanced analytics, database development and data visualisation to complex problems. You most likely have consulting experience or have extensive experience in project-based roles working alongside multi-disciplinary teams It is likely that you will have qualifications in numerical-based and / or management based degrees, however our team does come from a wide variety of educational and technical backgrounds.
