Our Systems Consulting - Practice Support team helps build customisable specific system solutions that enhance the PwC's capabilities to appropriately serve all client needs. As part of the team, you'll use your deep knowledge of enterprise architecture across application areas to build delivery models that map to PwC's business needs.

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success as an Agile team leader in planning and executing projects to deliver Technology solutions including the following areas:

High level understanding of environment maintenance tasks such as managing admin access, governance, compliance, managing sandboxes, handling confidential data masking/deletion, Single Sign On configuration, Certificate & Key Management, License Management etc.

Understanding of and experience with general salesforce setup, CPQ functionality and configuration such as workflows, validation rules, triggers, field updates, page layouts, record types, formula fields, report types etc.

Experience working with CPQ, CPQ configuration data, integrations setup, service accounts admin.

Understanding of the tasks required to complete full copy sandbox refreshes and the potential pre and post refresh tasks to be completed based on the usage of the sandbox (testing, training, code deployment etc.)

Proficiency with Data Loader, Workbench tools, Informatica, etc.

Reports and dashboards development experience

Exposure to Apex and Visualforce development

Leading consistently in Agile transformation in large organizations;

Working in Agile methods (Kanban, Iterative), Scaled Agile Methodology and proficiency in Azure DevOps (VSTS) Agile;

Understanding of Continuous Integration and Deployment with Azure DevOps (VSTS), including GIT, SFDX, source code control strategies, CI/CD automation, releases/deployments, and source branch/repository management;

Understanding of Cloud-based implementations models (SaaS, PaaS etc) and other leading Technologies;

Understanding and in depth knowledge of IT Service Management industry leading practices (ITIL), and SDLC Methodology;

Overseeing Agile projects development and operational aspects for a specific business area's applications;

Developing and monitoring metrics to track progress of Agile adoption and maturity to aid in accelerating overall Agile transformation efforts;

Translating the strategic direction of the business into technical considerations for the development and operations teams;

Analyzing, Designing & Developing Training material for Agile implementation based on requirements from different Agile Teams;

Working closely with different Scrum Masters , Architects, Tech leads to check Agile operational health check, creating consolidated Reports/Dashboards with Scrum Master(s);

Working with Scrum Master, Solution Architects to make sure consistency, standardization across the global technology domains;

Coaching/Mentoring to SM, Tech leads, Product Owners on daily Agile implementation as per PwC Agile Standards;

Raise Agile implementation gaps, road blockers, impediments, escalation; and
-
Utilizing agile methods (Scrum, etc.) and establishing optimal flow (Kanban, etc.).

Compensation range: $97,000-$162,000 and may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and where the applicant resides within California.
