Our Testing as a Service team will provide you with the opportunity to help organizations and our PwC implementation and managed services teams delivery testing solutions and testing excellence through automated testing.
We execute client centric test scripts and scenarios that are linked to specific detailed user personas and user stories to drive tailored results for our clients .
Through our testing managed services we focus on maximizing testing execution with transparency of outcomes with the goal of minimizing go-live risk and post go-live issues.

Demonstrates extensive knowledge and / or a proven record of success in the following areas :
- Demonstrating 10 years of overall experience in software testing that includes testing various TDM implementation and 7 years' experience as a test manager;
- Understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies;
- Working on projects in an international environment;
- Working experience in test effort estimates;
- Understanding on healthcare, energy and utilities domain;
- Working on DBs Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, Postgres, Redshift, MongoDB;
- Understanding in managing and using Informatica TDM test data management;
- Working on scripting languages like Python and PowerShell to perform the automation around data generation and data validation;
- Working in test data management functions like test data generation, test data masking and subsetting;
- Working in handling various PII / PHI related regulation through TDM;
- Working experience on multiple TDM tools - Delphix, Informatica, IBM Optim;
- Working experience in test strategy and tests plans definition (for complex integrated solutions);
- Working experience in the use of test management tools e.g. ALM, qTest, JIRA, Azure DevOps etc.;
- Working experience in non-functional testing management;
- Designing and driving implementation of end-to-end testing strategies and frameworks needed to test all the dimensions of an application platform, including functional correctness, performance, scale, and security across the project / program covering all the workstreams / tracks.;
- Managing testing activities for different types of testing - functional, integration, system, regression, performance, security, E2E and UAT support;
- Performing analysis, estimation, design, development, testing, implementation of data archiving / test data management / data privacy solutions;
- Developing & executing long term enterprise test data management strategy;
- Coordinating activities across multiple operations teams including storage, OS, and DBA teams;
- Providing required test data for performance test, user acceptance test, QA test, application development, and other non-production environments;
- Providing a consistent and repeatable process to support multiple applications including identifying data elements for masking in applications, data reset and update process;
- Working directly with IT security and compliance to ensure policies were consistently followed;
- Performing capacity planning / infrastructure to implement a scalable TDM solution;
- Interacting with stakeholders to define enterprise level TDM architecture;
- Recommending tool and priority for TDM implementation;
- Performing evaluation, analysis and makes recommendations regarding tool usage and selection;
- Designing and developing test tools that allow teams to scale out to support new features;
- Providing technical direction and support to team members in multiple geographic locations on testing approach and all aspects of automation testing to ensure industry standards and best practices are followed;
- Utilizing tools and methodologies to improve individual team effectiveness and to increase efficiencies in the QA process; and,
- Establishing test data management strategies and implementing them for different testing.
